Also this is the beginning of Mental Health Week from May4 -10th. The Canadian Mental Health Association's focus for this week is what it actually means when someone says "I'm fine". There are many different meanings to this and much is left unsaid. The idea is for everyone to #getreal with what they feel. Check out my page on Mental Health Awareness for learning and understanding about mental health and mental health illness. Stomp out that stigma surrounding mental health!!
