Hi everyone! Another week of mindfulness activities have been uploaded. We are on Week 6 - May 11-15. Enjoy activities that focus on being calm, practicing gratitude, the 8 dimensions of wellness, how thinking of others is an act of kindness during this time, and for something fun, learning about what a calming room is.
